Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Most adults need 150 minutes of aerobic activities every week. Activities like brisk walking, biking or swimming help to strengthen your heart and reduce your risk of many chronic health conditions.
Make it a family affair by including your children in your physical activities. Children need 60 minutes of aerobics activities each day.
Add some muscle strengthening activities to your healthy movement plan and you will be well on your way to better health.
