Your body is your most important asset. Treat it well.

Your daily food and physical activity choices affect your health now and in the future. Your choices can also affect the health of your future children. Healthy eating does not have to be hard, time-consuming or expensive. You’ll find tips on healthy eating and meal planning on this page.

Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Most adults need 150 minutes of aerobic activities every week. Activities like brisk walking, biking or swimming help to strengthen your heart and reduce your risk of many chronic health conditions.

Make it a family affair by including your children in your physical activities. Children need 60 minutes of aerobics activities each day.

Add some muscle strengthening activities to your healthy movement plan and you will be well on your way to better health.
