CareOregon’s Medicaid Plans The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is the state’s Medicaid program paid for
by federal and state taxes. CareOregon is a health plan that
administers OHP benefits and provides a network of providers to meet
members’ medical needs. Benefits and coverage are determined by the
state, based on budget decisions made by the legislature. CareOregon
serves OHP members in 17 counties. Our graphic illustration explains
how CareOregon and OHP work together.

CareOregon offers two OHP/Medicaid plans: OHP Standard and OHP Plus.
| Benefits Summary The OHP Plus Program is for people who are aged, blind, disabled, under age 19, pregnant or receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families benefits. local DHS branch office. | What's Not Covered - Treatment for conditions that get better on their own, such as colds or flu
- Treatment for conditions for which home treatment works, such as allergies, corns, calluses and some skin conditions
- Cosmetic surgeries or treatments
- Services to help you get pregnant
