CareOregon is One of the Managed Care Plans Available in the OHP
CareOregon currently serves the following counties: Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Coos, Douglas, Jackson, Klamath, Morrow, Baker, Polk, Multnomah, Tillamook, Umatilla, Union, Wheeler, Yamhill.
Note: Umatilla and Klamath counties are currently not open to new members.
You can choose your OHP/Medicaid managed care plan.
- Select the managed care plan of your choice on your OHP application.
- The state may enroll you in a plan if you did not select one. Within the first 30 days of receiving an OHP assignment into a managed care plan, you can change your plan to one of your choice. Contact your state case worker for more information.
- At the time of your OHP application renewal, you may select the managed care plan of your choice.
- For other options, contact your state case worker.
