Our Provider Search application enables users to search for primary care providers, specialists, pharmacies, durable medical equipment vendors, etc. for each CareOregon plan (CareOregon Medicaid Plus and Standard, CareOregon Advantage Plus HMO or CareOregon Advantage Star HMO).  

Web users can search by city, county, zip code or their own address. A special advantage is the mapping function, which shows users exactly where a provider is located.

Plus, information is available regarding which languages a provider speaks, which hospital or clinic the provider is associated with, and whether or not the primary care provider is accepting new patients. You can print directly from the web-based provider search. Or you can view or print the most recent hardcopy of the CareOregon Provider Directory and the CareOregon Advantage Provider Directory.
