Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is federally funded through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and is an assistance program designed to help low-income households with home heating costs.

Project Access NOW
Project Access NOW is a broad based community initiative that builds access to health care for low-income and uninsured people in the Portland/Vancouver metropolitan area by coordinating a network of volunteer physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other health care providers. By helping people navigate the healthcare system, we can get them the care they need.

The Oregon Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP)
The BCCP helps low-income, uninsured, and medically underserved women gain access to lifesaving screening programs for early detection of breast and cervical cancers. Each year, approximately 7,000 eligible individuals receive screening services. BCCP is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Oregon and SW Washington Affiliate, and the American Cancer Society.
