Member rosters available online, no longer mailed
Beginning Jan. 1, 2012, CareOregon will no longer mail paper copies of member rosters to primary care providers. CareOregon has completed its transition to electronic rosters. The electronic roster is a cost-saving, environmentally conscious method and has the benefit of immediacy.
All the information about CareOregon members relevant to a provider’s practice is available at any time on CareOregon Connect, the CareOregon provider portal.
To access the electronic roster, visit CareOregon’s website. The site includes tutorials on how using the Member Roster feature.
On your request, our Network Relations team can provide on-site training on the portal at a time and place of your convenience.
