Handout explains autism-vaccine decisions
The Immunization Action Coalition (IAC) has published a new handout designed to help both patients and health care professionals understand the claims and rulings in the Omnibus Autism Proceeding.
The proceeding, which is similar to a class-action lawsuit, looked at more than 5,000 claims filed between 1999 and 2007, claiming a link between vaccines and the plaintiffs’ children. Three Special Masters in 2009 and 2010 the Special Masters rejected all the petitioners' causation theories.
