MMIS/DHS The Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) provides web portal access for OHP providers, within their Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS). There, providers can check OHP member eligibility and health plan enrollment, and access the Prioritized List (called Health Services Commission, or HSC, Inquiry), which outlines whether treatments are covered based on diagnoses.
