Thanks to everyone who submitted recipes for the
CareLink Cheap ‘n’ Good recipe contest! We received
more than 30 recipe entries, and staff selected 14 finalists
for the cookoff, held on May 3. Members who
submitted recipes were invited to judge the dishes that made
it to the final round. Several members joined us for the
luncheon.

| Emily Valdez, left, submitted the recipe for Hamburger Cabbage. She is pictured with Keara Rodela, health care guide, the staff member who prepared the dish for the cookoff. |

| Jackie Hamilton sent us the recipe for the Tex-Mex Chili Dogs, which also made it to the final round. Heidilyn Safe, health care guide, prepared the dish. |
