Morning Sickness Home Remedy
Rebeccah Wagner of Tigard is the winner of our home
remedy contest for morning sickness. Here’s what she has
to say:
- Eat regularly, even if you don’t feel hungry. Low blood sugar may contribute to feelings of nausea.
- Limit exposure to objects that seem to make you feel sick.
- Get plenty of rest and continue drinking fluids. It may help to only drink beverages between meals.
- Find things that are soothing to your body such as mints, almonds or tea that you can carry with you.
- Consider wearing travel-bands on your wrists. (These can be found at most drug stores)
- Listen to your body and continue your daily routine at a comfortable pace.
