Meals on Wheels reaches out statewide

Meals on Wheels is a program that helps older shut-ins get good nutrition. It's run by independent organizations around the country, including Oregon.

Lunches are delivered Monday through Friday to those who are:

• 60 or older (or the spouse of someone 60 or older),

• at risk of malnutrition,

• cannot come to a meal center for a meal, and

• will need meals for one week or more.
