Asthma management, quality improvement reports available

Be on the "look out" for the asthma management and quality improvement reports, which were sent out in late March. Our goal in providing these reports is to facilitate the review of health management for individual patients.

The reports will contain valuable and comprehensive information about medication dispensing, emergency room visits, hospital stays and your patient's outpatient visits. In addition, the reports will include possible actions that may be considered in developing a patient care plan.
