  • 75% of smokers say that they want to quit.
  • 46% have stopped smoking for one day or longer in the past year in an attempt to quit.
  • 35% of smokers are planning to quit within the next 30 days.
  • 58% of smokers were advised to quit smoking during their last healthcare visit.

Why should I quit smoking?

Most people know that smoking can increase your chances of getting cancer, and other lung & heart diseases. These are very good reasons to quit, but there are many more benefits to quitting. Some of those benefits begin within 20 minutes of quitting.
