January is Cervical Health Awareness Month

Governor Kitzhaber has proclaimed January as Cervical Health Awareness Month in Oregon. His proclamation cites the more than 12,000 women in the U.S. who were diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2011, 125 of whom live in Oregon.
