IMPORTANT: June 1, 2010: Prioritized List Access Change

Effective June 1, 2010 CareOregon is no longer supporting a separate Prioritized List Application for Providers.

All providers are now required to use DMAP’s prioritized list, HSC inquiry, in the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS).

Access to MMIS
You can access the MMIS system through www.oregon.gov/DHS/healthplan/priorlist/main.shtml.

• If you can access any DMAP MMIS modules (eligibility, for example), open the State Health Authority's secure website, and log in to open the Prioritized List application.
• If you have not registered with DMAP MMIS, open the OHP Provider Web Portal to find information on account administration, eligibility verification, prior authorization, billing, adjustments and training.
