One of the values of contracting with CareOregon is that you have your own assigned Network Relations Associate (NRA) available to assist you with CareOregon business. Your NRA can assist you with: training and education, contractual matters, claims and prior authorization guidelines, member case management, referrals to specialists, on-line tools, problem solving and other questions you might have.
