Effective July 15, 2011, CareOregon will have an exclusive relationship with Passport to Languages (PTL) to provide interpretation services for CareOregon members' medical appointments for covered services. With this change, providers can now submit interpretation requests to PTL, check interpreter appointment status and cancel or reschedule interpreter appointments online on PTL’s website.
