CareOregon administers two health plans for recipients of the Oregon Health Plan: Plus and Standard.

Members’ Rights and Responsibilities

  • To have information provided in a way that works for you (in languages other than English that are spoken in the plan service area, in Braille, in large print or other alternate formats, etc.) If you are eligible for Medicare because of a disability, we are required to give you information about the plan’s benefits in a way that is easy to access for you.
  • To have access to our staff and translation services, which are available to answer questions from non-English speaking members.
