Jackson Care Connect releases its 2025 Report to the Community

Jackson Care Connect is proud to share its 2025 Report to the Community, highlighting the ways the organization expanded access to care for thousands of members and provided sustainable solutions to address barriers, shaped by local needs and community partnerships. 

The report reflects the projects that have made meaningful progress for members and the community. Whether strengthening the health care interpreter workforce to help improve patients’ access to care, filling a critical gap by expanding autism screening capacity in primary care or funding innovative programs in behavioral health that serve members in new spaces, JCC worked alongside providers and community organizations to improve outcomes and reduce barriers to care.

Collaboration with our partners played a central role across these efforts to address complex needs – from bringing care closer to families at the Rogue River school-based health center to supporting members’ stability through Rogue Retreat’s medical respite program. Throughout the year, JCC held fast to its mission of empowering people and systems to improve the health of the community, continuing to invest locally, strengthen partnerships and respond to changing needs.
