Columbia Pacific CCO releases 2025 Report to the Community
Columbia Pacific CCO is proud to share its 2025 Report to the Community, reflecting a year spent expanding access to care for thousands of members across Northwest Oregon.
The report takes a closer look at this work and highlights the programs, investments and partnerships that shaped Columbia Pacific’s efforts in 2025. Together, these efforts made a meaningful impact on people’s lives—from providing 81,230 non-emergency medical transportation to members so they can continue accessing care without disruption, to supporting the 1,145 members who received care coordination services to help them better navigate their health.
The needs in the region are complex, especially in rural communities, and the initiatives in the report show how local voices continue to guide the work. This includes funding programs that support families facing mental health challenges through in-home care with Youth Villages; expanding access to housing to address the affordable housing crisis; supporting kids through early literacy programming with the SHARE Initiative; providing care in people’s preferred languages; and strengthening the health care workforce.
