New nutrition benefits are available for OHP members who qualify. These include fresh fruits and vegetables, and pantry foods like rice, beans and canned foods. You may get food boxes or a prepaid food card based on your needs.

It’s that time of year when the flu begins to spread. Avoid sickness by getting a flu shot as soon as possible — everyone ages 6 months and older should receive an annual flu vaccine. Talk with your doctor about options or find a flu shot near you.
