Meet Dr. Lydia Anne M Bartholow.
Lydia started drinking as a teenager in junior high to escape from anxiety. After finding her recovery community, she is now celebrating 10 years in long term recovery and is working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
By sharing the individual stories and journeys of people in recovery, we hope to bring awareness to substance use recovery services.
