Starting July 1, 2026, more nutrition support will be available. Go here to learn about new benefits that help members get healthy food.
Good nutrition helps keep our bodies strong and healthy. The food we eat gives us energy and nutrients that help us grow, stay active and feel our best.
Eating a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein and healthy fats helps our bodies stay healthy and fight off illness. When we eat the right foods, we can feel better, think clearly and have more energy to do the things we enjoy.
What kind of nutrition supports are available?
- Medically tailored meals (includes individual assessment)
