Behavioral health Medicaid Essentials trainings

CareOregon's Medicaid Essentials trainings help contracted outpatient behavioral health providers strengthen clinical documentation skills, better understand Medicaid requirements and apply best practices in their daily work. Led by experienced clinicians and auditors, these interactive trainings offer practical learning opportunities and free Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
CEUs are approved by the Oregon Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. Training content is designed primarily for outpatient mental health and substance use providers working in behavioral health settings, including Qualified Mental Health Practitioners (QMHPs), Board Registered Associates (CSWAs, LPC and LMFT Associates, etc.), licensed clinicians (such as LMFTs, LPCs and LCSWs) and clinical leadership.
Explore the sessions below and register for the topics most relevant to you. These free, live trainings are held on Microsoft Teams. Trainings are available only to agencies and practitioners who are contracted with CareOregon.
