Providers: We experienced a temporary issue with pharmacy prior authorization faxing, which has now been resolved. The timeline for the issue was between 6/16 at approximately 6:30pm and 6/18 at approximately 1pm. If a provider submitted a fax during this outage, please resend so we can process.
