Provider updates

CareOregon has recently updated our Member Rights and Responsibilities Policy to include the members right on how they receive communications. OHP member rights outlined in the Member Rights and Responsibilities section of the CareOregon Provider Manual have been updated to include all member rights detailed in CareOregon Policy and Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR).

This manual applies to all providers serving CareOregon members across any line of business and acts as an extension of our contracted provider agreements.

Please review the updated CareOregon Provider Manual as soon as possible to ensure you understand the changes.
