Note to providers: Delay in ACH payment

Important Notice – Electronic Payment Processing Delay

Apr 23, 2026, 22:09 PM

CareOregon has identified an issue in electronic claim payment processing resulting in delayed payments for providers using Zelis for their electronic payments. We believe the issue is now resolved.  ACH deposits were expected on April 23, 2026. They are now expected to be in provider accounts on April 24, 2026.

What is happening?

On April 23, 2026, CareOregon discovered a file transmission failure. Consequently, electronic payments for claims with a deposit date of April 23, 2026 will be delayed by one business day for providers who utilize ACH/EFT payments through our ePayment Center (administered by Zelis).

This incident impacts some providers receiving electronic payments through the ePayment Center and/or other Zelis payment options, across CareOregon/Health Share, Jackson Care Connect, Columbia Pacific CCO, and CareOregon Advantage.

Resolution timeline

We anticipate payments to commence on April 24, 2026.  We are working diligently to monitor the resolution process and we will keep you informed of any changes to this information. We are not expecting continued impact.

Next steps

Please refrain from resubmitting claims or requesting check tracers for delayed payments. Zelis has confirmed that payment files are in process and all payments will be processed accordingly.
